Candy

Honey

Take a bite out of this candy-

Hard-boiled,

Rainbow colored

Sweet, sweet candy.

Bite down, hard

And feel the warmth

Of the sticky sweet caramel

In its centre.

Roll it on your tongue,

Let it melt till there's nothing left,

Swallow-

And taste the bitterness

It leaves behind.
