Heart, Harden.

Bite back,
Bite your lips,
Breathe, hard.
Shut your eyes tight.
Don't let the tears slide
Off your cheeks.
Bite back,
Bite till you bleed.
Till the only pain you feel
Is the damage made
By your teeth.

Bite back,
Don't let him see
Don't let him know
What he still means to you.
